COPYRIGHT POLICY

Recording Copyright

The Audio-Republik retains the recording copyright to any and all artistic work created by them during the course of business. The Audio-Republik retain the right to publish and use the artistic material in any form or format for promotional work.

Customers agree implicitly by commission this permission for any and all works undertaken by us. All copyright terms shall be agreed prior to commencement of work.

In return the Audio-Republik will protect the copyrights for the musical content via PPL and PRS and publish the lyrics and music thereby securing your musical work.

Commissioned Work

All works commissioned are licensed for fair use by the Audio-Republik and as such whereever the work(s) are published, and in whatever format, the Audio-Republik must be represented with the following text "© Audio-Republik" followed by the year of commission/completion.

All licensors and copyright holders retain the right of representation and the Audio-Republik will protect and publish these where-ever the work is published and in whatever format.

Limitations

Any musical work that contains copyrighted material from other sources not owned by the artist or representatitive cannot be sold or distributed for profit. This includes covers songs, backing tracks of commercial works and samples either in full or in part without the original copyright owners specific, detailed written consent.

Purchasing Rights

The purchase of Full and Complete Exclusive rights is available to interested parties for an agreed fee.

Purchasing Music From Site

All works on site are copyright their respective owners and the purchase of any musical work does not constitute ownership of any copyright for the work. Any purchases are licenses granted for use and access of musical work either digitally or other format for one specific user account and must not be shared with any other party.

DRM - Digital Rights Management

All musical works are sold without any form of DRM whatsoever. They also are not restricted in any way. If you are to share them unlawfully with others at least play the songs to as many people as you humanly can, they maybe interested in legally aquiring them. You can also point them in the direction of this website please. Bare in mind that all works on this site are owned by real bands and artists who have invested their own money in creating these works and rely on sales to make back their recording costs. A few more fans is good for everybody.

Royalty Free

Any part of this website where the terms "Royalty Free", "Copyright Free" or "Freeware" are found, these particular objects do not come under the licensing terms of the Audio-Republik and as such can be freely used and distributed without recompense.
