SOFTWARE POLICY

Software License

All software sold on this site is sold without warranty. Our software is tested as far as we are able to ensure that it functions appropriately and the code is optimised for quality and speed. However we are not responsible for any loss of data or computer malfunction arising from the use of our software. Please install wisely and check the MD5 checksums upon receipt to ensure you have the certified version(s).

All licenses are single user non time limited and cover any and all updates to the software.

Software update notifications will be sent via email should you have email subscriptions turned on in your account. However, updated versions will still be available, superceeding the old data on this server, as updates occur via your account pages.

Code Specifics

Software is written in C++ and compiled with MINGW and uses the Windows GDI and where appropriate, the VST SDK from Steinberg GMBH.

What is this exe?

All software packages (zips or exes) are certified scanned and virus free and none of our software is created as malware, spyware or fraudware and will harvest no data from either your system or your activity online or otherwise.

Software Protection

Our software does not include any copy protection methods. In the case of VST plugins we want to ensure CPU cycles are dedicated to audio processing and not redundant copy protection. We do ask however that you don't share your plugins with others and inform them of where they can legally purchase what we believe is good value software.
