Account Types

There are two types of account available. The user account is for customers who purchase goods from this site and allows them to log in, download and access their purchases at any time. The artist account is for customers who use the studio and create music for this site. The artist account allows users to access studio files, session data and view invoices. It also allows them to see statistics on their music such as number of purchases, play count etc. The artist account is only available via request and cannot be set up through this site.

To create an account just follow this link. Alternately you can add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout following the on screen instructions.

Account Access

All accounts should be accessible at all times anywhere in the world obviously via your internet connection. If you have a problem with connectivity please use the contact form to tell us about your issue. We aim to fix any query as soon as is humanly possible.

Subscribe to updates?

Should you wish to be informed of any updates via email please select this option. The email will be sent to your registered email address. This service is useful if you want to pre-purchase a product before its completion. The notifications will allow you to follow the history of a project and download the latest copy whilst only paying once! This service is also useful if you wish to receive notifications of any updates or bug-fixes to software you have purchased. NB: Even if you don't subscribe you will still be able to access the latest file via your log in area.

Privacy Policy

We at the Audio-Republik will NEVER knowingly share or sell your information to any other party, interested or otherwise. We only collect the minimum dataset we need to provide you with a service. We will never contact you regarding your personal or financial information and will certainly never contact you via email for this information.

Account Removal

To remove your account please log in and locate the link at the bottom of the page under users: - Remove Account and follow the on screen instructions. Bear in mind that when you remove your account you will no longer be able to access your purchases online, remember to download them all BEFORE removing your account.
